Kennedy Commander goes Lancer!

Former Kennedy student has been spotted on the campus of non other than their rival school, Abraham Lincoln.  Alyster Ann, who was an understood graduate of Kennedy, has reemerged for a final year in high school.  After careful investigation we are fully confident that she has adapted and now has found a home away from home.   Mr. Izzy Deadyet personally interviewed Alyster and shares with us her story. 

“So, why did you choose to go to Lincoln and not return to Kennedy?” asked Mr. Deadyet. 

“Don’t get me wrong, I loved my years at Kennedy and wouldn’t replace many of them for anything!” Alyster replies. “I used to be one of those people who would wonder why so many choose
Lincoln, but after only spending seven weeks there, I understand.  Although rough around the edges,
Lincoln has been very welcoming and friendly without the trivial drama.” She explains. “My original reasons for attending were because of transportation and class selection.  Upon arrival I selected JROTC once again and have joined the Honor Platoon and Rifle Teams.” Alyster said.  “As we travel down the road to victory I have found a new meaning of team work and friendships that will make this year my most rewarding and memorable yet!” 

There has been some hostility, and riots have occurred sense the discovery of this transferred student.  However it has come to our conclusion that there were no offence accusations upon Kennedy while the transaction occurred.  Therefore no laws were broken and all charges upon Alyster have been dropped. It is to our understanding that this was only in the best interest of her education.

essentials I need

Maybe it would be a good thing to write down what I need/want in a guy?!?  Maybe they’ll change, maybe they wont.  Maybe it will get longer, or shorter, that’s what they are as of this moment.

I need him to believe in God and love God with all his heart.  (actually if that is there, I believe everything else follows)

I need him to be confident and be the dominate one, but include me on everything, you understand what I mean.

I need him to be understanding and patient with me, because I can be very…erm….slow learning.  That’s the best way I can think to put it.

I need him to be a happy person that doesn’t let things get him all hot and bothered easily and doesn’t bring me down either.

I want him to have the same ideas on how we want to raise our children around God and everything. 

I need him to be forgiving!

Drained

So, I know I haven’t wote in a couple days, but I’ve been working and then getting up eartly for rifle practice. I’ve been trying to work with the girls so they’re shooting better.  I’ve been planing with Beverly (hp commander) on changing their boring drill, and closing almost every night at work.  When I’m not doing that I’m either sleeping or at school in class.  I’ve also been helping some of the staff in ROTC at lincoln and keeping up with breonna and nhi trying to help them when I can.  Oh, and a few minutes in there every night I call phillip to say “I love you and goodnight”  because anything more than that we would fall asleep on the phone. 

Things have been unberrable at home.  I’m scared to sleep in my own bed.  I’m completely tired and drained from all happiness right now, so I’m trying to get out my troubles.  There’s really nothing I can do!  My dad hasn’t gone past that line that I can really do anything about it, but yet he’s right behind it.  This morning he kept opening my bedroom door and looking in and would find reasons to say something so he could open the door, WITHOUT KNOCKING!!!  That is why I have once again lowered that sheet that goes around my bed so he can’t see me.  I don’t feel comfortable in my own room!  Every moment with him close by or in the house is like being raped all over again…and I can’t take it!!!  I was so sick yesterday I had to come home from school, but I still went to work so I wouldn’t be home with him.  (well not like you can find anyone to cover your shifts anymore)  Whenever they need someone to fill in they always call me, because I’m the only one that always will come in. 

If I don’t get out of the house by the end of the summer next year, I don’t know what I’m going to do, because I can’t stay here anymore.  Phillip is going to help me find a good truck, getting the right inssurance and saving money so I can move out. 

I just don’t know what to do anymore.

New happenings in ROTC

This morning I helped the girls rifle team with their postions, breathing, trigger squeeze, follow-through, and other things to help them shoot better and an amazing thing happened.  They all made eye contact, listened, tried what I said, and actually were apreciative.  I was so afraid that they would have attitude and not listen to anything, and I actully was trying to put it off as optional and, I don’t know.  They were all so nice and they actually said that they were feeling better in their postions and feel they’ll shoot better.  I was so excited.  So now I feel like I want to stay for the second semester so I can continue to be active in ROTC and do other things that I really liked last year and other things that I wanted to do that I didn’t get the chance.  I don’t know.  It felt so good being so welcomed and accepted!  And now I’m the asst. IPO, which means I just help decorate and get ROTC happenings out to the rest of the school.

I want to be top shooter, I want to be XO, and IDR commander again, I want to go for millitary ball queen, and I want to be on pentathalon again.  This is like my second chance to re-do everything, and do it right.  I just don’t know what would be best. 

Comunication

THE GUN FIRE around us makes it hard to hear. But the human voice is different than other sounds. It can be heard over voices that burry everything else. Even when it’s not shouting. Even if it’s just a whisper. Even the lowes whisper can be heard…
